About BYALL

BYALL is where people vouch for each other. The name says it: recruitment by all. Anyone 18 or over can vouch for someone they believe in, with their permission: a colleague, a friend, a former manager, a mentor. You don't need to be an agency.

What BYALL does

You can vouch for someone you believe in, post a job and meet people others vouch for, or find work through someone who invites you. BYALL is an AI: it gets to know a person in one conversation and introduces them to employers who fit. You do it all by talking with BYALL, or by tapping.

Who we are

BYALL is built and operated by Werkze Management, a company based in the Netherlands, and led by its founders Etienne Schenker and Sankar Manickam.
